On-site Food Service Division:

As a Institutional Food Service Management Company, Five Loaves Food Services has the capabilities to manage In House Corporate Dining Facility Resources to take charge of your on-site food service program. We will work out a detailed plan with each client to fulfill any needs from menu development to purchasing to food preparation even to budgeting while maintaining the highest standards in service.
  • Menu Development: We stress encouraging healthy diets along with serving fine foods  that our clients look forward to eating! Seasonal, holiday menus, office coffee services, and vending service receive additional attention as per request.

  • Food Preparation:  Currently we are servicing 60 different locations across New York City & Long Island. Serving over 6,000 meals a day.
    All food is prepped fresh daily and satisfies the taste buds of the very young to the elderly. Local suppliers play a large role in providing high quality food that we use to service our clients.

  • Staffing: All Five Loaves Food Services employees are screened and hired to be efficient and courteous as positive service team members. We compensate our employees with competitive wages and benefits. On-site supervisors are trained to manage your service with the highest of standards. Our Head Chef here at Five Loaves Food Service graduated from his culinary program with Phi Theta Kappa honors in the top of his class. On staff we have culinary school graduates that have studied all different types of cuisines and worked under very knowledgeable Head Chefs. We work with culinary schools to help develop the young talented foodies they have graduating by offering employment and a starting place to build their careers through our Internship Program. All employees follow our policies and procedures to fulfill our clients needs and requirements.
  • Sanitation and Maintenance: We clean and sanitize the food preparation and serving areas, clean up any spills in the dining and serving areas, and bus tables. After each meal we clean floors and surfaces in the dining and serving areas using cleaning agents especially formulated for food service operations.
  • Food Service Management Certification: Our managers and first line supervisors are Food Service Sanitation Certified (ServSafe)
